We collect the products you procure from abroad from loading points abroad, bring them to Turkey and keep them in bonded warehouses, and after nationalizing the product, we take it to our free logistics warehouses and make it ready for distribution.

Collecting Goods from Producers

PolarXP has established the largest temperature-controlled self-owned vehicle fleet in Turkey with 1,200 vehicles in order to guarantee that the transported products are always transported at the highest standards, in the most hygienic way and in the right temperature regime. In this way, PolarXP provides sustainable transportation services to all local and chain markets or consolidation warehouses of these markets from 81 provinces to 81 provinces of Turkey.

PolarXP delivers the products collected either from the chain market platforms it manages or from the chain markets' own warehouses to one or many points on time over pre-planned routes in 3 main temperature regimes.

Planning is done dynamically through PolarXP Transportation Management System (TMS) or by market planning teams if the customer requests, and delivery schedules vary between 1 and 15 points depending on the distribution point and the type of vehicle used.

Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Platform / Transportation Management

PolarXP manages the entire logistics process of fresh vegetables and fruits, one of the most important items of food retailing, from field to fork. PolarXP stores and consolidates the vegetables and fruits supplied by local and chain markets at the supply points and distributes them directly to the market outlets from these points. In this way, the products are delivered directly to the points of sale without going through the goods acceptance platforms established by PolarXP or chain markets for other temperature-controlled products, and the products reach the end consumer in the early stages of the product life.

Local and chain markets that care about consumer health prefer to manage the organization of these transports themselves instead of leaving the organization of these transports to the supplier in order to keep the quality standards of the temperature-controlled products sold on their shelves under control.
