Our Fleet
Turkiye’s largest and most comprehensive temperature controlled fleet.
Our temperature-controlled vehicles, designed to ensure food safety and meet quality standards, form the backbone of Turkiye’s largest temperature-controlled logistics distribution infrastructure, PolarXP. The PolarXP system includes a fleet of 1,100 dedicated temperature-controlled vehicles. From refrigerated trucks and lorries to micro-distribution vans and mini vans, all vehicle types required to operate the distribution network as an integrated system are part of this fleet.
The PolarXP fleet (trucks) is specially designed with multi-compartment, multi-temperature, and double-deck loading capabilities, featuring an internal height of 2.9 meters. This allows the transportation of multiple product types requiring different temperature regimes, ensuring maximum efficiency in every delivery.
Our Distribution Technology
Stand out with PolarXP’s exclusive service approach and advanced technologies. Managing Turkiye’s most comprehensive and complex distribution infrastructure, PolarXP operates this process through its in-house developed Transport Management System (TMS). Our system ensures that tens of thousands of shipments we handle daily are delivered accurately, on time, in the correct quantities, and without damage — all within three distinct temperature regimes.
Order Management
The PolarXP customer service department enters the order details received from customers into the PolarXP TMS system, generating a tracking number for the entire process until delivery. This tracking number is shared with the customer for full visibility.
Product Collection
Orders registered in the TMS system and scheduled for product collection by PolarXP are forwarded to the operations department. The operations team coordinates the collection of products with the customers and vehicle dispatch, ensuring that the necessary operations are carried out efficiently.
Cross-Dock Management
Collected products are brought to PolarXP warehouses and transfer centers. Upon arrival, the products are checked based on documentation, volume, and weight, recorded in the TMS system, and barcoded to complete the warehouse receiving process.
Linehaul Management
Products sorted according to their destination are brought to the loading docks designated for the linehaul warehouse of the corresponding distribution city. Their barcodes are scanned, and they are loaded onto the appropriate vehicles.
Distribution Management
When the linehaul vehicles arrive at the designated distribution warehouses, the products are scanned and counted before being accepted into the warehouses. After acceptance, the products are loaded onto micro-distribution vehicles by scanning their barcodes again, following the dynamic distribution routing plan generated through the TMS. The distribution process is then carried out, ensuring timely deliveries.
Vehicle and Temperature Monitoring System
The entire PolarXP fleet is monitored in real-time through a satellite tracking system. In addition to vehicle tracking, temperature sensors inside the vehicles continuously transmit data to the system.
When a vehicle is loaded, the system automatically recognizes the required transport temperature for the shipment. If the temperature drops below the predefined limits, the system triggers an automatic alarm to the central units and alerts the driver via a phone call.
Documentation and Delivery Management
NetSafe, one of the technological advantages of the PolarXP ecosystem, is a software solution that ensures digital copies of POD (Proof of Delivery) documents are sent within 3 days at the latest. This system allows PolarXP drivers to photograph delivery proofs and upload them to NetSafe, where the documents are instantly shared with the relevant parties.
Additionally, NetInfo is a tracking system that enables you to generate reports by connecting to our group's information platform. It provides detailed information on when and at what time the products were received, as well as when, at what time, and under what conditions they were delivered to our warehouses.
Online Shipment Tracking
We utilize the latest information technologies at the highest level to manage our robust fleet efficiently. Through our integrated technology infrastructure, you can access real-time data from all transportation operations via our customer portal and monitor the temperature of your shipments instantly.
